Custom Signup Fields

You can ask users for extra information when they register — for example, phone number, company name, or date of birth.

Adding a signup field

  1. Go to App Settings → Users → Signup Fields.
  2. Click + Add Field.
  3. Enter a field name (internal ID, e.g. phone), a label (displayed to users), and choose a type: Text, Email, Phone, Date, Textarea, or Select.
  4. Toggle Required if the field must be filled before the user can proceed.
  5. Click Save.

Built-in fields

The following fields are always present and cannot be removed: Full Name, Email Address, Password.

Tip: Use the Show in Profile toggle to control whether a field appears in the user profile editor as well as the signup form.
