Shared Mailbox Module
The Shared Mailbox module lets your team manage a shared email inbox directly inside your Kol One app. It is powered by Microsoft 365 / Exchange.
Features
- Inbox — View all incoming email threads, with unread badge counts.
- Reply — Respond to emails directly from the module interface.
- Thread view — Full conversation thread with timestamps.
- Webhook — Receive real-time email notifications via webhook.
- Auto-provisioning — The mailbox address is derived from your app name automatically.
Requirements
- A Microsoft 365 subscription with an Exchange mailbox.
- Azure App Registration with the required Mail permissions.
- Platform-level configuration by the administrator.
Note: Setting up the Shared Mailbox module requires admin-level Microsoft 365 access and Azure configuration. This cannot be self-served.
