Farm Management Module

The Farm Management module keeps track of every piece of equipment and vehicle you own so nothing gets forgotten until it breaks down in the field — service is scheduled before it's overdue, operators log a quick daily check before starting work, and stock levels for filters, DEF, and diesel are tracked automatically as they're used.

Main sections

• Dashboard — Equipment status at a glance, upcoming service, low stock, and open repairs.
• Equipment — Your full equipment roster with status (active, in repair, retired), photos, and quick actions.
• Daily Report — Operators log a morning walkaround checklist, hours, and notes for each piece of equipment.
• Maintenance — Daily maintenance checklist and full service history, including files and photos as proof of work.
• Inventory — Track stock of filters, DEF, grease, diesel, and other supplies, with automatic diesel-log tracking.
• Inspections — Equipment receiving inspections and safety checklists, each with photos and a pass/fail decision.
• Vehicles — Company fleet vehicles with insurance and registration expiry tracking.
• Repairs — Repair log per piece of equipment.
• Alerts — Automatic alerts for overdue service, low stock, unchecked walkarounds, and expiring vehicle documents.
• Work Plan — Plan and schedule which equipment, vehicles, and operators are assigned to each task, with a calendar view and conflict warnings if a resource is double-booked.
• Reports — Diesel use, repairs, maintenance, and service-due logs, exportable to CSV.

Equipment status

• active — In normal use.
• faulty / in maintenance — Flagged, with a warning shown anywhere it can be selected.
• retired — No longer in service.
