Email Notifications

Kol One sends automated emails for key events. You can customize each template from App Settings → Emails.

Available email templates

• Booking Confirmed — Sent to user when a booking is created.
• Booking Cancelled — Sent when a booking is cancelled.
• Booking Reminder — Sent X hours/days before the booking.
• New User Welcome — Sent when a user registers.
• Subscription Activated — Sent when a user subscribes to a plan.
• Subscription Expiring — Sent X days before a subscription expires.

Customizing a template

1. Go to App Settings → Emails.
2. Click Edit next to any template.
3. Edit the subject line and body. Use {{name}}, {{date}} etc. as placeholders.
4. Click Save.
