Creating a Service

A service is what users book. Think of it as a product type (e.g. haircut, consultation, yoga class).

Steps

  1. Go to App Settings → Booking → Services.
  2. Click Add Service.
  3. Fill in:
    • Name — What users will see.
    • Duration — In minutes (e.g. 60).
    • Price — Optional. Leave 0 for free.
    • Description — Short description shown in the booking widget.
    • Max bookings per slot — How many users can book the same time slot (1 for one-on-one, higher for group sessions).
  4. Click Save.
Tip: You can create multiple services and each can have its own schedule. Users choose which service they want when booking.
