Company Contacts Module
The Company Contacts module remembers how working with each supplier or service provider actually went, so the next person on your team doesn't have to find out the hard way — a quick note after each job means everyone can see who's reliable before choosing who to work with again.
What it does
- Contact directory — Name, company, phone, email, and category for every business contact.
- Note history — Leave a note on any contact after working with them (worked well / had an issue / neutral), so past experience is remembered without permanently blacklisting anyone.
- Shared across modules — The same contact list is available wherever it is needed in your app, so you only maintain it once.
Tip: Add a short note every time you work with a supplier — over time this builds a useful history for anyone on your team picking a supplier later.
