• Fleet — Vehicle list with status, documents, and maintenance history. Supports bulk CSV import.
• Bookings — All rental bookings with check-in/check-out workflow, odometer and fuel tracking, inspection notes.
• Calendar — Availability calendar with per-vehicle grid and month navigation.
• Customers — Customer list with KYC, tier, and blacklist management.
• Drivers — Driver management, license expiry warnings, assignment to bookings.
• Finance — Income and expense tracking, printable invoices, CSV export.
• Maintenance — Scheduled and completed maintenance records per vehicle.
• Branches — Manage multiple rental locations or branches.
• Analytics — Revenue and utilization reports.

Booking statuses

• inquiry — Initial request, not yet confirmed.
• confirmed — Booking confirmed, vehicle assigned.
• active — Vehicle currently checked out.
• returned — Vehicle returned, booking complete.
• cancelled — Booking cancelled.
