Managing Bookings

All bookings are managed from App Settings → Booking → Bookings.

Booking statuses

  • pending — Awaiting confirmation.
  • confirmed — Booking is confirmed.
  • completed — The appointment has taken place.
  • cancelled — Booking was cancelled.

Actions you can take

  • Confirm — Approve a pending booking and send a confirmation email.
  • Cancel — Cancel a booking and optionally notify the user.
  • Reschedule — Move a booking to a different slot.
Tip: Use the date filter to see bookings for a specific day, week, or custom date range.
