Managing Bookings
All bookings are managed from App Settings → Booking → Bookings.
Booking statuses
- pending — Awaiting confirmation.
- confirmed — Booking is confirmed.
- completed — The appointment has taken place.
- cancelled — Booking was cancelled.
Actions you can take
- Confirm — Approve a pending booking and send a confirmation email.
- Cancel — Cancel a booking and optionally notify the user.
- Reschedule — Move a booking to a different slot.
Tip: Use the date filter to see bookings for a specific day, week, or custom date range.
